After careful evaluation of our sequencing operations and strategic priorities, the Infectious Diseases Institute (IDI) has decided to discontinue in-house sequencing services. The sequencing landscape has evolved significantly, with multiple high-quality, cost-effective sequencing providers now available.

Bioinformatics and Data Analysis Support

The Center of Microbiome Science's Microbiome Bioinformatics and Data Analysis Support will continue to support investigators through:

Data interpretation
Bioinformatics consultation services

Custom Services

Custom services, including extractions and library preparation involving unique samples, may be considered on a limited, case-by-case basis when they align with IDI strategic priorities and require specialized expertise or protocol development.
