About this event

This presentation will feature the faculty panelists' latest research including pathogenesis, transmission, molecular epidemiology, and pandemic risk of H5N1 stemming from the ongoing outbreak in U.S. dairy cattle. Through a One Health approach for Ohio, they integrate influenza research, surveillance, and key partnership activities to identify and mitigate risk factors for virus transmission. This webinar will highlight the Plant and Animal Agrosecurity Research (PAAR) facility. The PAAR facility is the only facility in Ohio and one of only a few of its kind in the nation for both plant and animal research at the BSL-3 and BSL-3 Ag safety levels.

This one-hour presentation will be followed by a 15-minute question and answer session. We look forward to you joining us for this informative webinar!
