Power On the Screen

• On the left side of the screen, locate the two orange power outlets.
• Just above the outlets, there is a power switch – make sure it is switched on.

Connect Your Laptop

• Use the HDMI cable provided to connect your laptop (on table at end closest to monitor; check floor if not on table).
• If your laptop requires an adapter (e.g., USB-C to HDMI), use one of the adapters located on the podium.

Select Display Settings

• On your laptop, choose your display mirroring option:
  • Duplicate: Shows the same content on both your laptop and the screen.
  • Extend: Treats the screen as an additional display.
  • Second screen only: Displays content only on the screen.

Set the Input Source

• On the screen system, ensure HDMI 2 is selected as the input.
• If your laptop screen does not appear automatically, switch to HDMI 2 manually.
